Slice Digital provides digital marketing services including, but not limited to, SEO, content strategy, analytics reporting, and digital consulting. Services are defined in our proposals or project scopes and may vary by client.

2. Payments & Billing

All invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. A 10% late fee may be applied for payments more than 30 days overdue, with an additional 10% added for each 30-day period thereafter.

For project-based or retainer work, a deposit may be required before work begins. Additional hours beyond the agreed scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.

3. Time Estimates

Any project timelines or hour estimates provided are approximate. Actual work may require more or fewer hours depending on complexity. Only actual hours worked will be billed.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide timely access to relevant platforms, assets, and approvals. Delays in feedback or asset delivery may result in project delays or rescheduling.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and will not share your confidential information with third parties, except where required by law or with your explicit consent.

6. Intellectual Property

All original content, strategies, and deliverables created by Slice Digital remain the property of Slice Digital until payment is received in full. Upon payment, ownership rights transfer to the client unless otherwise specified in writing.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any outstanding work or unpaid invoices must be settled before termination is finalized.

8. Liability

Slice Digital is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including lost revenue, data, or business opportunities. We will always act in good faith and in the best interest of our clients.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
